This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for subscriptions to and purchases of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Deskcraft Toolworks, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment processing, billing, and refunds. This policy aligns with the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund may be issued in full or in part depending on the circumstances of the request.
3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts within 14 days and receive a refund, in accordance with applicable law. This right applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment of a subscription. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

To request a refund, please contact us at help@deskcraft.tools with your account details and the reason for your request. You may also contact Paddle directly through their buyer support. We will review your request and respond promptly.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, where possible, within 14 days of the request being approved.
6. Subscriptions and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at help@deskcraft.tools. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
7. Fraud and Abuse
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and we will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
