Deskcraft Toolworks provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed to help individuals and businesses manage their work more effectively. Our services include, but are not limited to, ActionDesk and ScheduleDesk.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment processing, billing, and related customer inquiries. By placing an order, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Deskcraft Toolworks, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskcraft Toolworks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deskcraft Toolworks, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
